TRACKING YOUR ORDER
All orders will be shipped within 4 business days unless notified otherwise. and have an estimated arrival time between 4-9 business days once shipped. INACCURATE ADDRESS INFORMATION

If your address does not verify in our shipping system, your order will be placed on-hold while we contact you to correct or confirm your address. If your order has already shipped, we will cancel and refund your order (sans shipping costs).
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your package is lost, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can work with you to resolve the issue.
All damaged packages must be reported to us within 3 business days of delivery. Please do not discard any packaging or product until all shipping issues have been resolved. Please contact us at hi@humblesuds.com with images and a description of your damaged goods. No refunds will be issued without images.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
To initiate the returns process, please contact us at hi@humblesuds.com and include your original order number as well as a reason for your return. Once the return has been approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping. A refund will be issued only after we receive your returned items. Refunded funds may not appear in your account for up to 2 weeks.

Such a wonderful sample set… I've used all but the cleaning paste as I haven't had a use for it yet. I LOVE the cleaning spray, such a refreshing smell. The leather/would balm works like a charm. And I'm definitely gonna need to get more of that laundry detergent. Thank you so much!!
