It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service periodically. We may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice to you. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this website.
Returns & Exchanges
All Humble Suds products are made using the highest quality ingredients. Because your satisfaction is so important to us, we offer a 100% guarantee on all products. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return within 10 days of receiving the item minus the cost of return shipping. If you have an issue, please contact us as quickly as possible at hi@humblesuds.com so that we may resolve it. Humble Suds customers will not be charged restocking fees on product returns or exchanges.
In most cases, customers will be offered the choice of refund or product credit, however, Humble Suds reserves the right to make a final determination based on the immediate circumstances.
Shipping & Delivery
All Humble Suds products are made to order, to ensure the highest quality. Most orders ship within 2-4 business days. In the event of a delay, the customer will be notified as quickly as possible. Currently, Humble Suds only ships to United States domestic addresses, including Hawaii and Alaska. When an order ships, the customer will receive notification with tracking data.
Humble Suds customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address to allow for successful order fulfillment. In the event that a Humble Suds customer submits an order with an incorrect shipping address, the customer is responsible for payment of shipping costs incurred during a repeat shipment.
Product Liability
Humble Suds is not responsible for damages to property due to the use of Humble Suds products. Humble Suds customers are responsible for all use and application of Humble Suds products, for making the final determination of fitness of any product whether in accordance with specific product label instructions, or the off-label use of products.

Billing and Payments

You may be charged local tax, if applicable. We are not responsible for any fees or charges that your bank or credit card issuer may apply. If your bank or credit card issuer reverses a charge to your credit card, we may bill your account directly and seek payment by another method including a mailed statement.
The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. Replacement of products and credits to your account for shipped merchandise claimed as not received are subject to our investigation, which may include postal-service notification. We will adjust your account at our discretion.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your bank or credit card charged. If your bank or credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a credit to your bank or credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Humble Suds is committed to resolving all disputes in a fair, effective and cost-efficient manner. We seek to resolve any customer concerns through our support services at 1.720-722-2925. However, if you are dissatisfied with our resolution of your matter, these Terms of Service provide that disputes will be resolved in binding arbitration or small claims court. Our arbitration agreement, which is set forth below, has been designed to make arbitration as convenient and inexpensive for our customers as possible. We will abide by the terms of our current arbitration provision in all instances.

(a) We and you agree to arbitrate all disputes and claims between us before a single arbitrator. The types of disputes and claims we agree to arbitrate are intended to be broadly interpreted and include:

For the purposes of this Arbitration Agreement, references to “Humble Suds”, “we” and “us” include our respective subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, employees, predecessors in interest, successors and assigns, as well as all authorized or unauthorized users or beneficiaries of services or products under these Terms of Service or any prior agreements between us.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court. This arbitration agreement does not preclude your bringing issues to the attention of federal, state or local agencies. Such agencies can, if the law allows, seek relief against us on your behalf.
You agree that, by accessing and using this website, you and we are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action. If you choose to proceed either in person or by telephone, we may choose to respond only by telephone or submission. If your claim exceeds $10,000, the AAA Rules will determine whether you have a right to a hearing.
(c) All aspects of the arbitration proceeding, and any ruling, decision or award by the arbitrator, will be strictly confidential, other than as part of an appeal to a court of competent jurisdiction.
Termination
These Terms of Service are applicable to you upon your accessing this website. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Arbitration and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination of these Terms of Service.
