I THINK I LIVE IN YOUR DELIVERY AREA. HOW DO I GET FREE DELIVERY?

Easy! If you live or work in one of the many Denver areas we deliver to, you’ll see a free shipping option at checkout. Select this, and all shipping fees will be removed from your total. We’ll deliver on the Monday following your order (order cut-off is Sunday at 7pm). You can also check HERE to see if you’re in our area, or CONTACT us to ask!

ARE HUMBLE SUDS PRODUCTS SAFE FOR INFANTS/PETS/SENSITIVE SKIN NEEDS?

Yes!! Humble Suds products are hypoallergenic and are formulated with children and pets in mind! You won’t find sulfates, phthalates, parabens, or harsh surfectants here.

HOW FAST WILL I GET MY ORDER?

All orders ship within 2 business days. For local deliveries, you can expect your order on the MONDAY following your purchase.

WHY IS MY LAUNDRY SOAP CLUMPING?

If your soap looks strange, no need to worry! Temperature sometimes affects the consistency. Give it a good shake to loosen it up, or try storing it in a warm place such as a sunny window for a little while to allow it to warm.

MY LAUNDRY SOAP GETS STUCK IN MY MACHINE'S DISPENSER. WHAT CAN I DO?

We recommend putting the soap directly onto the laundry, using the same measurement as if you were placing it in the dispenser.

HOW DO I GET BOTTLE SWAP CREDIT?

If you’re a Humble Suds local delivery or farmers market customer, receive a $1 credit for each container returned.*

  How does it work?   We use the honor system. To recieve credit for the return of one or more conatiners, enter “SWAP1“, “SWAP2“, etc into the discount code field at checkout to indicate how many you’re returning. Then be sure to leave those containers out to be picked up during your next delivery.

 

* Dented, heavily scratched, or otherwise damaged containers are not eligible.
