Returns & Exchanges

 

All Humble Suds products are handmade using the highest quality ingredients. Because your satisfaction is so important to us, we offer a 100% guarantee on all products. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return within 10 days of receiving the item. If you have an issue, please CONTACT us as quickly as possible so that we may resolve it. Humble Suds customers will not be charged shipping, handling, or restocking fees on product returns or exchanges.

In most cases, customers will be offered the choice of refund or product credit, however, Humble Suds reserves the right to make a final determination based on the immediate circumstances.

 

Shipping & Delivery

 

All Humble Suds products are made to order, to ensure the highest quality. Most orders ship within 2-4 business days. In the event of a delay, the customer will be notified as quickly as possible. Currently, Humble Suds only ships to United States domestic addresses, including Hawaii and Alaska. When an order ships, the customer will receive notification with tracking data.

 

Humble Suds offers local delivery free of charge to residents of all Denver, Colorado areas. There is no minimum order to qualify for this service. Please see our detailed DELIVERY page for more information on cutoff times and eligible areas.
