Free shipping is available on $49+ orders within the contiguous United States (including APO/FPO). Orders below $49 will be charged a flat rate of $7.95. All Alaska and Hawaii orders will be charged a flat rate of $19.95.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
All orders will be shipped within 4 business days unless notified otherwise. and have an estimated arrival time between 4-9 business days once shipped. Once the carrier has generated a tracking number, you will receive a tracking number via the email you provided with your purchase. If you have any shipping concerns, please email email@example.com.
INACCURATE ADDRESS INFORMATION
Humble Suds is not responsible for errors regarding inaccurate shipping info. If your address does not verify in our shipping system, your order will be placed on-hold while we contact you to correct or confirm your address. If your order has already shipped, we will cancel and refund your order (sans shipping costs).
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your package is lost, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can work with you to resolve the issue.
All damaged packages must be reported to us within 3 business days of delivery. Please do not discard any packaging or product until all shipping issues have been resolved. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with images and a description of your damaged goods. No refunds will be issued without images.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
To initiate the returns process, please contact us at email@example.com and include your original order number as well as a reason for your return. Once the return has been approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping. A refund will be issued only after we receive your returned items. Refunded funds may not appear in your account for up to 2 weeks.
